If you are anything like I was, you went along month after month in your home based business, adding a person here and there. Doing everything your uplines and MLM companies said to do waiting for the day when success finally happened. After all they all said that it would. I just had to get out of my own way.
When you weren’t working your network marketing business, you were looking online for all the information you could find about how to grow your network marketing business. And if we were lucky we would pick up a few tidbits of information here and there that made sense and we would add another person or two into our MLM.
Or maybe if you were really like me then after looking online for all of the no cost information out there, you decided to get started with something a little more serious. So, you spend some money getting all of the CD’s and books from this guy or in my case guys that sounded like they knew what they were doing and your upline said they had the answer to their MLM success. (Really, I now have a whole wall of books and tapes to prove it). Even after all of this, I would continue to get the same dismal results in my network marketing business.
So how about a little ROI math?
How much have you made in the last 3 months? Don’t forget to subtract all of your expenses, the autoship, the gas to drive to and from your MLM meetings, etc. Take that number and multiply it by 4 to get your yearly income. Okay, since you are still in the process of creating some real momentum, lets actually double your number. (I like to be optimistic too) Now you have your return on your investment (ROI). How does it look?
Now imagine that you learn everything that I have learnt, and now share, which is how to add 20 to 30 people a week into your home based business. How much would that be worth to you and if you were doing that week in and week out? How does it look now?
So how much does that no cost education really cost? I can tell you from my own experience that it cost me about $20,000. That’s how much I spent doing everything that I was told to do from the so called experts in my MLM company. That was before I got some real education in how to actually market my MLM product.
Now before you go and buy every MLM training program available, I would like to give you a little advice. Make sure that the training program you choose is backed by a guarantee in writing.
So now you have a decision to make. Do you continue with the so called education that doesn’t cost anything (or does it?), or do you take the cheaper alternative and find MLM training and mentors that will guarantee your success?

Thanks for writing, I very much enjoyed reading your most recent post. I think you should post more frequently, you evidently have talent for blogging!
While it is vital in your MLM training that you contact your recruit a lot, you have to have certain times that they know they can contact you as well. The more you are available for your recruit, the more they will be willing to come to you and learn. This is a building process that will in turn lead them to MLM sponsoring soon.
The best way to train your MLM recruit is to provide them with training packages. It is vital that you’re there for your recruit and answer any questions they may have, but you can’t be there for them 24/7. With packets and online training courses, your recruit should be able to train as much as they want.
I have a problem with your term “recruit”. Your term is valid, a new member, but I was a soldier and when I was a “recruit” in the Army, they didn’t train us with packages. Our training was hands on and they weren’t there 24/7 either. Maybe, that’s just me. I have a problem that so many of our soldiers are still fighting the same war I went to back in ’92. Anyway, let’s get back on the subject of MLM training.
While I think that using training packages can be effective for training, I like to also include hands on training. One way this can be done is to set up a schedule, because you are right in that you can’t be there 24/7, and have a conference line where everyone can get together. Providing MLM training in a conference room environment also shows your people that they are not the only ones with questions. I also schedule one-on-one time with those that want or need more training.
If you want to keep your business partners happy, they have to receive what they want. If they want to earn an extra income from home and it’s in your power to give them the training they need, then you give everything that you have to assist your people in achieving their goals. By helping others, you also get what you want. Having effective training packages is just a small part of it.
I’m sure that you would agree and you also have other ways to provide training, such as the online training courses you mentioned, whether you do the training personally or guide your people to someone (or something) else because you are also right in that your business partners should be able to train as much as THEY want.
Providing good training is an essential part of growing a network marketing business.
